extra vergine olive oil
Olive oil obtained directly from olives by means of mechanical procedure.
Masseria Rienzo extra vergine olive oil is not filtered, has low acidity and is extracted from olives picked up by hand (“bacchiatura”), accurately selected from precious cultivar “ogliarola”, “frantoio” and “coratina”.

Properties
First cold pressing of olives is made within 24 hours from harvesting.
Masseria Rienzo extra vergine olive oil is wholemeal, unfiltered with over the 30% of antioxidant (polyphenol and tocopherol) more than filtered oil.
The fruity taste is harmonic, good intensity and goes well with Mediterranean tradition typical dishes.
Possible deposit in the bottom of the package is due to nonfiltered process.
